Nothing says Thanksgiving like golden brown turkeys.

For the 15th straight year, Madison College culinary arts students and instructors cooked turkeys at the Truax campus to help the River Food Pantry's upcoming Thanksgiving dinner. But it's not just turkeys they're preparing. Take a look at this To-Do list:

  • 80 turkeys
  • 800 pounds of Yukon Gold smashed potatoes
  • 50 gallons of gravy

This year, the food pantry is expected to serve 2,500 Thanksgiving meals.
