President Biden visits Madison College Truax Campus
U.S. President Joe Biden unveiled his new student debt relief plan at Madison College Truax campus on April 8.
Madison College will partner with employers to meet the needs of a changing future workforce through the help of $1.38 million in Wisconsin Fast Forward Grants.The grants will provide training funds for Wisconsin’s in-demand manufacturing, healthcare, and construction industries in Dane, Columbia, and Milwaukee counties.
Madison College’s Vision 2030 strategic planning is underway, guiding the college’s singular plan and framework to support student success and community and workforce partnerships over the next several academic years.
We’re celebrating our love for the spoken word to uplift and inspire with Andre Bradford a.k.a. S.C. Says and community poets at the Capital Verses Festival on Thursday, April 11 at Madison College Goodman South Campus.
The 2024 Madison College Spring Concert series features performances by the college’s orchestra, band, choral collective, big band, and jazz ensemble. Madison College Music Program gives students and community members the opportunity to perform on and off-campus.
Madison College has partnered with UW Health and the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development to create the nation’s first respiratory therapist registered apprenticeship, fulfilling a high-demand occupation.
The Madison College Phi Theta Kappa Chapter took home a handful of awards at the recent Wisconsin Region conference, including the 5-Star Chapter award, for promoting mental wellness on the college's campus.
